Microscopic bubbles are formed and these implode intensely, causing intense rubbing to clean the surface of the item. The bubbles are small enough to penetrate into microscopic slits, to clean them thoroughly and consistently. Ultrasonic cleaning is very effective in removing dirt and grime, which would otherwise require annoying manual cleaning. It is used to clean all kinds of mechanical parts such as carburators and injection systems and bring them back to almost new condition without damaging vulnerable parts.

Professional 190 L wet blast cabinet in stainless steel, ideal for gentle cleaning of aluminium parts and other components where a fine, even finish is required. With a large front door opening for easy use. This wet blast cabinet uses a mixture of water and blasting medium (glass beads), which is mixed in a built-in reservoir and continuously circulated.

A maintenance-free pump feeds the mixture through hoses to the blasting gun. There, compressed air is added to direct the blasting medium onto the surface at high speed. The flowing action of the water creates a cleaning effect without friction, ensuring gentle treatment of sensitive materials.

After use, the mixture flows back into the reservoir, ready for reuse. The water acts as a lubricant, preventing impact of the abrasive into the surface and thus extending the life of the abrasive.
